6.Refunds for Trials and Cancellations
To avoid charges during a free trial, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends. If you complete a course within the trial period, Bigways Academy reserves the right to require a one-month subscription payment before granting access to the course and/or specialization certificate. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled or discontinued by Bigways Academy. If you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access for the remainder of the period, but no refunds will be issued. For individual specialization subscriptions, Bigways Academy will automatically end your subscription at the end of the billing cycle in which you earn a certificate.
7.Changes to Pricing and Subscription Plans
We reserve the right to modify subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services at any time, at our sole discretion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any changes to pricing or subscription plans will take effect after notifying you.
8.Refunds for Certificates and Guided Projects
If you do not earn your completion certificate within a reasonable timeframe after enrolling in a guided project, your registration will expire. To continue and earn your certificate, you will need to re-enroll and make a new payment.
